This story is the "astonishing, uplifting story of a real-life Indiana Jones and his humanitarian campaign to use education to combat terrorism in the Taliban's backyard." Given the state of world events and the tumultuous place we find ourselves politically and in just about every other way I thought this book well timed. I haven't yet finished, but what I have read speaks volumes to the power of one and I'm inspired. Enjoy!
